Finally, interviews are often fear inducing but the best way to protect yourself is to be prepared. The days of being asked “what is your weakness?” and “where do you see yourself in five years?” are long over, and you must prepare yourself to handle “real questions about real life situations” that you not only handled well but wish you could have handled better. The best way to prepare for an interview (in addition to being physically ready with outfit and appropriate “interview space”) is to take a good look at the methods of interviewing that you must be prepared for.
