communicate with SGG’s management and staff. It will be easy for me to embrace responsibility using intense problem solving and quick, on-my-feet thinking, as was the case during my work as a camp counselor engaging upwards of 20 children. As the Treasurer of the Midwest Actuarial Student Conference Committee, I oversee all financials and budgeting for an event of an estimated 250 students and serve as an integral member for committee event planning. During some meetings we analyzed underwriting performance and profitability case studies. Overall, as a highly involved and outgoing student, I not only have the attention to detail and logistical thinking of an Actuary, but also the personal and communicative skills necessary for the collective thinking in teamwork. My extensive skills and personal assets fit SSG’s interests in their Actuarial Intern. I would like to meet with you to further discuss the opportunity and my qualifications. I will remain in contact with SSG and look forward to hearing more about your innovative initiatives. Thank you for reading my letter and my consideration for employment. Sincerely, Allyssa Actuary Enclosure: resume
